Simple Return or Exchange
We are happy to help you make a return for a refund, exchange or store credit. Please follow the steps below so we can help you process your return.
Contact us about your return
We will be able to help you determine whether or not you are eligible for a refund or exchange and answer any additional questions. All returns must be sent to us no later than 30 days after receiving the original order. A refund will be available if you initiate a return within 14 days of having received your purchase. If you are returning a defective item you will be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit up to 30 days after receiving your original item. Non-defective items can be returned for exchange or store credit up to 30 days after the original purchase. Items damaged during shipping will have to be addressed with the shipping agent used to deliver your order, but give us a call and we can help you through that process.
Re-package the item(s) you are returning
Ensure the item(s) is free from stains, odors and is essentially unused. Include all original packaging materials and ship to the address below:

Once we receive your return shipment we will inspect the product(s) to make sure they are acceptable for re-sale or are defective and process your refund, exchange or store credit. Refunds will be credited to the original method of purchase. Store credit will be provided in the form of a coupon code for use on scout-seattle.com.
We are happy to have your business. We have setup a series of policies regarding all aspects of our online store. They are just as much for your protection as ours. Please contact us if you have any questions about these policies.
Fulfillment & shipping
We use UPS and USPS to ship domestic orders. We can accommodate international shipping to almost anywhere. If you have questions or issues related to international orders, please contact us. We do our best to ship your order out the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day. All domestic shipments will be insured and tracking information will be provided. The same is true for international shipments when available.
We reserve the right to deny a transaction or shipment for any order for any reason – namely fraud. If payment has been processed and we decide not to ship the order, the payment will be refunded immediately.
Please contact us to initiate a refund or exchange. This will help us to appropriately accommodate your request.
Your return must be initiated within 30 days of original shipment receipt and the following criteria must be met:
- Item(s) are in their original condition in which they were shipped (no stains, odors, packaging is intact, no use of any kind).
- Item(s) were not damaged during shipment. Item(s) damaged during shipment will be handled by the shipping agent originally used for the order.
- Made-to-order and Pre-order products may only be returned if defective.
A refund will be available for returns initiated within 14 days of original shipment. The purchase price of the returned item will be refunded.
Exchanges and store credit will be available for returns made within 30 days of original shipment receipt. An exchange will be provided if it is in stock. If the requested item is not in stock store credit will be provided for the original purchase price.
Return packages must be insured and a tracking number must be provided to us. Refunds and exchanges will be processed once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm they meet the above criteria.
We provide a 30 day warranty on all of our products. If you received a damaged or defective product, through no fault of your own or the shipping agent, we will provide a refund or exchange (within 30 days of original receipt) and will pay for return shipping. Simply include your shipping receipt in the return shipment and we will refund or provide store credit for the amount. We will also pay for re-shipment should you elect for an exchange of the defective item.
We will not address returns for items damaged by a shipping agent or are past 30 days of original receipt.
